For Absence, Disability and Supplemental Health, we use an API call or EDI file of demographic eligibility for the purposes of verifying employment status and driving employee experience on our platform.
Absence and Disability Claims
For Disability, FMLA, LOA, PFMLA and any other company leaves, we use an API Push or EDI reverse feed for all statuses like start/end/RTW dates, partial hours, transition dates, rate tiers and corrections.
For Life, Disability and Supplemental Health, we’ve created two APIs – our Billing API and Premium History API - to facilitate initial and ongoing invoicing of group insurance products.

For Life, Disability and Supplemental Health, we’ve created a bi-directional API: the EOI starts within UX of your platform and the API transfer of app status, payroll and coverage records happens automatically.
For Disability, FMLA, LOA, PFMLA and any other company leaves, we use an API Push according to client payroll schedules and timeframes for payroll cutoff. The API includes automated resolutions.

For Life, Disability and Supplemental Health, we are developing an API in 2023 to transfer plan design data and rates to pre-populate enrollment screens and reduce or eliminate setup time and user error.
